incumbents and challengers alike - that taxpayers are coming together
now as voters to ensure that the Fair Tax becomes the law of the land.
Why the National Fair Tax Freedom Rally?
The National Fair Tax Freedom Rally is an event especially for all of
America's Fair Tax volunteers and supporters. We believe Tennessee, "The
Volunteer State"to be the perfect venue for this event.
This is our opportunity as Fair Tax advocates to come together, celebrate
the Fair Tax and show elected officials the power and the resolve of the
American people to protect future generations from the waste, fraud, and
abuse of today's U.S. Tax Code.
The Fair Tax represents a massive change
- not only in American law, but in America's government, economy, and
our entire society. This change is on the same level as women's right
to vote and the civil rights movement - and it will require the same kind
of demonstration of the people's will to convince our elected officials
that Congress MUST pass the Fair Tax if they want
to remain in the halls of power in Washington.
Imagine - a Fair Tax rally so huge that it seems to converge on and
completely take over a major US city! It's time to stand up and be
counted. This could easily be the GREATEST Fair Tax gathering to date
- if YOU are with us!
NOW - it's also "The Fair
Tax 'Road To Freedom' Rally! Getting there
is half the fun!"
Nashville is ideally located in the geographical center of the eastern
US. This makes driving to the event easier than flying for many of the
people who want to attend. So let's make a party of it!
Fair Tax supporters and volunteers are encouraged to participate in a
coordinated caravan convergence, simultaneously descending upon Nashville
in vehicles decorated with Fair Tax flags and banners!
Fair Tax supporters comprise the greatest asset the Fair Tax movement
has - its volunteers! In a huge public demonstration of Fair Tax support,
attendees from all points on the compass will create several freedom caravans,
accumulating toward Nashville with their Fair Tax support on obvious display.
This can be a simple thing, or it can be a monster of a demonstration
that educates the public and drives the Fair Tax message home for thousands
of new people - even before the Nashville event gets started. The flags
and banners can be homemade, or we can raise the funds to have them professional
produced.
